Ban bottled water

1) No its not because when cleveland did tests on it the results were that bottled water is lower quality and it loses taste.

2) Bottled water is made out of tap water, most of them because Dasani and Aquafina bottled water products are made out of tap water, the bottles are shipped to another country india and its just lying their in another persons house.

3) We could not buy bottled water and request to have water fountains like the women said in the video or we can reuse the bottles.

Silenced Noise

The only reason why I listen to music while work is because so that i could relax and don't be attached to the out world. Sometimes i forget what I'm doing and chill there listening to music. The only thing distracting in that test was the second part at first it was all calm but then it just blasted like crazy. I couldn't almost read it and I had to start all over. And some of other students said that to. If it was math thing it wouldn't be that hard since I'm very good at it but if i were to here that calm songs then it would be a problem like mr.h's class.

Three ways I could change the techbrarian test to make it sound like real life
1)Make one of the sounds could be outdoor noise, kids playing, cars sounds
2)One of the other sounds like cats and dog barking
3)the last sound might be gun shot because it happens a lot around here

Mad Libs

Summer Camp

Dear Mom and Dad,

Camp is so stupid! The food here is really good, unlike that camp food jonathan told me about. We get to eat grapes and starburst every day of the week!

This week I get to try out all the activities and sports. We are canoeing in silly water on Lake groopy. We also are learning how to dive off the crazy diving board! I tried archery and I wasn't very good—I hit a(n) flower by mistake. I'll practice and get better, though.

For Arts and Crafts, I made a clay twin tower, a(n) police man out of macramé, and a shelf for Mom to put her mcdonalds on. I even learned about whittling. I made a(n)highway out of wood! Can you believe it?

I especially like all the friends I am meeting. Kids here come from all over the country, from as far away as new york and florida. I am sorry I have to leave soon. I sure am going to miss all the fun I've had here. Maybe I can go camping in the backyard when I get back and pretend that I'm still at camp. Do you think Spot will want to camp with me?

Predator drones

1.Well fighting with a predator drone is different from fighting with hands is that your are guarantee that your are going to come home and see your wife and kids and you will eat at the dinner table. And hand to hand combat some body is guarantee to die so thats how it similar and different..

2.No i do not think its fair because it should be an equal fight because the enemy does not have that technology so it not fair because any way some body is going to die..

3.I would be interested in flying a predator drone because it is like a real life war game and you are shooting missles at people even though its bad. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is my favorite game and it shoots missles.

Game addiction

I think that people can be addicted to games because it is a way for people to be entertained but at some point they stop being able to control themselves. They want to be entertained in this way all the time and can't have a regular life. I think people get addicted to games because they don't have much outdoor activities to do in there neighborhood. in south Korea there is a treatment center for gaming addiction and there the people working there work to get the kids to have more outdoor activities and not use electronics. It also helps them learn how to control the amount of time they use the computer to play games.


There are some differences between our and south korean culture because one of them is that we eat on the table but they eat on the floor and also they go to cafe to play games on the computer, where as we play games on the game system and at computers in our own house.

War simulations

1. The marines get to practice against the simulation rather then practicing versus real people because one of the marines shot a civilian during the simulation if they were not in a simulation he would of shot a real life civilian.

1a.Another advantaged is the fire squad can pay attention to their surroundings like for example the fire squad ran through the house with out noticing the rpg on the floor an enemy could of picked it up and shot the firing squad.

1b.people who normally die get to in a situation they can keep trying to get it right.

2.i think this technology will not matter in 10 years because they will most likely invent something new for marines to train their skills during battle.

Piercings

#1I think the most important part was the pictures that showed how people over do it with piercings and also the interview with the students and staff was nice because it showed different point of views.
#2 For one, i think that people get piercings because they don't care about themselves and forget who they once was. Another reason i think people get it because they want to be "COOL" as some people say. Also i think people get piercings to feel free and get the stress in them out. #3I think if you get different piercings then they have different thought about you. For example; if you get the zipper on your tongue, i would think that you have no care or feeling for yourself.#4 I think that there is something as too many piercings because in the video the woman with piercings all over her face is too much and i don't know how she will do things.

Game addiction2

I think that people become addicted to games, well because they have nothing more fun to do in life. Meaning that people gave up their life and think that they have no lack of care and think everything is like a video game.
